Jaclyn S. Laferriere

Jaclyn S. Laferriere is an associate at Halverson & Mahlen. She practices in civil litigation, focusing primarily on insurance and insurance defense. Her experience includes premises liability, Dram Shop liability, and construction law.

Jaclyn was born and raised in Bozeman, Montana. In 2007, she received her B.S. in Sociology from Montana State University with highest honors. She began law school the following fall at Vermont Law School, where she was actively involved in the community. She was Vermont Law Review Symposium Editor, Co-Chair of the International Law Society, and Senator for the Student Bar Association. She spent the fall semester of her third year in Seattle interning with a public defender agency through the law school’s Semester in Practice Program. She graduated cum laude from VLS in 2010.

Jaclyn has been with Halverson and Mahlen since 2010. When not practicing law, Jaclyn dedicates her time to a local organization that does wide-ranging charitable work in the community.
